The MI 2.0 Advanced OARS Understanding program has been developed to aide licensed counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other behavioral health staff with expanding their understanding of the evidenced-based counseling theory, Motivational Interviewing (MI). This curriculum is developed to expand understanding of the MI core concept, OARS, used to help improve engagement, clinical skill building, and to help motivate clients towards change. This is meant to help providers expand their skills in session along with advancing their ability to understand and utilize MI with clients.
