Big Emotions and Trauma Dealings
This is an educational presentation that reviews what trauma looks like as it looks different for everyone. This training explores common stressors, how it affects the brain, the flight, fight, freeze theory, and how emotions play a big part in trauma. The presentation provides ways to handle trauma in the healthiest ways for caregivers and adults.

Be in the Know: Drug Trends
Learn about the signs and symptoms associated with current drug trends and explores the consequences. Participants will learn about substance use disorder and different substances that youth are misusing and abusing along with obtaining. Attendees will be equipped with resources to support and communicate with youth to encourage informed and healthy choices.
