Community Bridges, Inc. is not responsible for any costs incurred by any vendor or their partners in the RFP response preparation or presentation.
Information submitted in response to this RFP will become the property of Community Bridges, Inc.
All responses will be kept private / confidential from other vendors.
Community Bridges, Inc. reserves the right to modify this RFP at any time and reserves the right to reject any and all responses to this RFP, in whole or in part, at any time.
Community Bridges reserves the right to negotiate with and award a contract to any potential provider of the requested Electronic Medical Record and associated services or to not award a contract to any Responder at the end of the process.
