Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) qualifying charitable organization (QCO #20098). Our goal is to advance our Mission to “Maintain the Dignity of Human Life”. All donations to CBI support our commitment to the communities we serve and being an agent of positive change.

CBI looks to build healthy and resilient communities by expanding healthcare to empower people in need through full continuum of integrated behavioral health services and programs.

The Dr. Frank Scarpati Memorial Fund supports CBI women and children programming.
Homeless & Housing Services
Expansion and support of homeless continuum for special populations (elderly, children, and families).
Fundraising
Homeless continuum operations and bridge funding.

Brick and mortar renovations for holistic housing model.
Back to School Event
The CBI Mesa Prevention Alliance (MPA) is excited to announce the upcoming 5th Annual Back 2 School Event! On Saturday, July 26, 2025, families will receive free backpacks filled with school supplies to prepare for the new school year. The event also connects attendees with local community resources and support. The success of this event is directly related to ongoing work of the Alliance, volunteers and community donations. Celebrate the Art of Recovery
In 2025, we are celebrating the 20th year of CARE! CARE is Arizona’s premier event for National Recovery Month focused on well-being, health, and recovery. Every year, CARE brings together organizations, advocates, and community members to share resources, offer support, and highlight the power of recovery.
CBI is proud to be an active participant of National Recovery Month every September to help promote wellness. We believe wellness is central to recovery and quality of life and support the eight dimensions of wellness—emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual.
