Big Emotions and Trauma Dealings
This is an educational presentation that reviews what trauma looks like as it looks different for everyone. This training explores common stressors, how it affects the brain, the fight, flight, freeze theory, and how emotions play a big part in trauma. The presentation provides ways to handle trauma in the healthiest ways for caregivers and adults.
