Community education supports health and wellness through awareness

CBI School-Based Service Program (SBS)

Students enrolled in middle and high school can access behavioral health care services during a school setting and day. The youth and family member(s) of choice will be connected to a service which suits their clinical needs. The school-based service model provides comprehensive behavioral health services for youth and their family members enrolled in a state charter or public school between the ages 12-18. A CBI clinician works collaboratively with the school’s administration, teaching staff, and families to provide support for youth. Those enrolled in the program can receive general mental health treatment along with substance dependency treatment if determined as needed. Schools have a partnership with Community Bridges, Inc. for services to assist children and families with challenges that arise and may interfere with the full academic and life success of youth.
