Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) with wrap-around services is a comprehensive approach to addressing homelessness, particularly for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness or those with significant barriers to stable housing.

At Co-Located Sites, we have on-site support services and work with our robust continuum of care to reduce barriers to accessing support and promote a sense of community among the on-site participants.
